These terms govern your use of WEALTH OS™ ("the service"), operated by Taylor Smith & Co ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
WEALTH OS™ is a financial dashboard and CRM tool that helps a business track its profit & loss, cash flow, deals, and goals — either by connecting QuickBooks/Xero, uploading a spreadsheet, or entering figures manually. It's a tool to help you see and organise your own numbers. It is not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice, and you should confirm anything important with your own accountant or advisor before relying on it.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your password secure, and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it.
Your business data — everything you enter, upload, or sync into WEALTH OS™ — belongs to you, not to us. We only use it to provide the service to you (see our Privacy Policy for detail on how). If you close your account, you can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it.
Access to WEALTH OS™ is subject to whatever plan and pricing you agreed to at signup. Billing itself is handled outside this platform, through the checkout you signed up via. Non-payment or a failed renewal may result in your access being paused or your account being closed.
You agree not to use the service for anything unlawful, to attempt to access another account or another business's data, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or to resell access to the service without our agreement.
WEALTH OS™ can connect to third-party services (QuickBooks, Xero, Stripe) at your choice, and uses others behind the scenes to operate (see our Privacy Policy). We aren't responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by these third parties, though we'll do our best to keep the integrations working.
We aim to keep WEALTH OS™ available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may need to pause the service for maintenance, and we'll try to keep any disruption brief.
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service, or for decisions made based on figures shown in it — you remain responsible for verifying anything financially or legally significant. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, such as for fraud.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, is used for non-payment, or poses a risk to the service or other users. Where reasonably possible, we'll give you notice first.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Questions about these terms can be sent to taylor@taylorsmithandco.com.
